What defines us, characterizes us, and distinguishes us:
early music approached with a unique perspective.
A rich and varied curriculum
Annually, our research symposium establishes the tone and unveils fresh perspectives, engaging the entire department in the exploration of a specific theme or repertoire.
More than thirty teachers who readily work in groups — all aspects of musical practice are explored and regularly put to the test, supported by a rich programme of events.
The academic year is punctuated by numerous musical projects. Partnerships with festivals, coaching provided by the teaching staff, and artistic direction by eminent guest artists (B. Foccroulle, S. Kuijken, J. van Immerseel…).
